A day of celebration and leisure turned violent on Friday, when a gathering of peaceful citizens with their blimps and other aircraft was met with police brutality in yet another such incident to plague our fair city.
When PCEO News arrived on the scene, it was a majestic spectacle: an air show on Del Perro beach, with a rainbow of blimps and specialty aircraft, and citizens gathered in peaceful enjoyment. It didn't take long, however, for the many celebratory flares filling the sky to create panic among our generally calm and helpful police force.
Before long, terrified citizens were taking cover behind our very own news van in a bitter struggle to survive an overreaction based on simple misunderstanding gone tragically awry. Fire filled the sky as blimps exploded all around, and reporters were fortunate to escape to a safe distance with a handful of survivors as a war between civil servants and taxpayers fed up with injustice turned Del Perro beach into a bloodbath.
Emergency services have not yet released a count of casualties among the police, and the body count of simple pedestrians is still unknown. However we are pleased to report that all peaceful citizens have already recovered from their injuries and returned to their lives as productive members of society.
Damages in this incident are estimated to have been hundreds of millions of hard earned taxpayer dollars.
